At WIN, we strive to offer a transparent and secure investment experience. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and withdrawals on our platform.
All investments made through WIN are considered final and non-refundable. Funds allocated to investment shares are directly linked to real estate projects and cannot be reversed once the transaction is complete.
Withdrawals are permitted only after the user has completed a minimum lock-in period of 60 days (2 months) from the date of their first investment.
After the lock-in period, investors may request one withdrawal per 30-day period.
Bank transfer: €100
USDT (TRC20): €50
PayPal: €100
Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–5 business days, depending on the payment method. Delays may occur due to banking procedures or identity verifications.
Bonuses from referral programs or promotional rewards must be reinvested at least once before being eligible for withdrawal.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical errors, duplicated transactions, or proven fraudulent activity. All such claims must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
WIN reserves the right to review, delay, or deny withdrawal requests that appear suspicious, exceed risk thresholds, or violate the platform's Terms of Service.
